Terms of Service
1. Services
Provider offers AI-powered intake, scheduling, and business automation services ("Services") to clients ("Client") under the plan selected at signup (Starter, Growth, or Full Suite).
2. Setup & fees
Each plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, as described at checkout. Setup fees are refundable if Client cancels within 7 days of the initial setup being completed. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Intellectual property
Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying software, systems, and infrastructure used to deliver the Services. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their own business operations for the duration of their subscription.
4. Client responsibilities
Client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided for chatbot training and calendar integration, and for reviewing bookings surfaced through the dashboard before relying on them.
5. Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including missed bookings due to third-party outages (e.g., calendar, hosting, or payment providers) outside Provider's control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Provider may suspend Services immediately for non-payment.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes
Provider may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
